Immerse yourself in nature under the canopy of beautiful trees at Bodnant Garden. Forest bathing or ‘Shinrin-yoku’ was developed in Japan during the 1980s and has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and mental wellbeing in Japanese medicine. We’ll be running a short course of six sessions here at Bodnant Garden in June, led by experienced practitioner Cara Jones.
Now in it’s third year this 3 day walking challenge is the only event of its kind in the UK! Not for the faint hearted, to take on the full challenge you will need commitment and determination to prepare for and complete this event.

Chester's community bread making co-operative, Bread Together, will be delivering a series of six bread making workshops for a maximum of 8 participants per session. Each workshop will be themed on a different type of bread, for example, traditional bread from the UK or from the Middle East.
Each participant will make bread to take home that evening along with all of the skills to make their own bread from scratch in their own kitchen.
